Recently, after the statement of the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf by his lawyer that they are going to write a letter to the International Monetary Fund to not give the loan installment fund to the future selected government of Pakistan because they are public mandate thieves and are not true public representatives; instead, they are mafias who are being imposed by the corrupt system in Pakistan, a storm of criticism and allegations from the opponent political parties Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz and Pakistan People's Party toward the Founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan, that he is destabilizing the country's poor economy and he is a traitor, and other sharp words, despite that he has won the General Elections 2024 and they themselves are intruders.

Now the question is:

Does the IMF's rulings and charter allow its institution to give a loan to such a state where there is no democracy, nor freedom of speech, and gross human rights violations and international charter violations?

The answer is that:

No, the IMF Charter doesn't allow its institution to give a loan to a non-democratic regime or where there are any kinds of human rights violations and bans on free speech.

As in recent days, the IMF rejected to negotiate with the state of Venezuela as there they found some irregularities in the democracy as Venezuela has banned its opposition leader.

On February 8, 2024, General Elections in which PTI gained almost 180 seats in the National Assembly of Pakistan according to the sources and trends in the recent days and as per form 45 document of official vote counting, but the administration and judiciary officially failed to give back the public mandate to the public representatives.
